The Stories
Advance Social Care is an innovative and leading leaving care provider for young people in the Northwest. We support and nurture young people to ensure they achieve the best transition and pathway into adulthood and beyond. Specialising in services that provide bespoke support to Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC), Semi Supported Group Living Accommodation, Floating Support with Accommodation and support to young parents, sixteen and older.
Advanced Social Care wanted to find a way to give insight into the struggles many of their service users experienced. They asked Yoke to help them to tell some of these amazing stories.
From conception to final delivery Yoke produced a series of filmed interviews =, that captured the incredible and sometimes harrowing experiences of the young people in ASC’s services.
