Located in the heart of the Noma Quarter, north of Manchester city centre sits FEC’s sought-after MeadowSide development. Made up of 4 plots, each plot home to a new stunning urban development, MeadowSide will consist of 756 luxury apartments overlooking Manchesters’ largest green space.
Following the completion of MeadowSide’s Mount Yard development, FEC wanted to ensure they had continuing success in their apartment sales. The existing MeadowSide website had been built with investors in mind but did not cater well to individual prospective buyers. It was important that moving forward the website would be a place of information and support for both prospective buyers and overseas investors, and most importantly it functioned in a way that saw conversions of visitors to customers.
Another area FEC was keen to look into was a wider marketing campaign across the UK via outdoor advertising, direct mail, and social media, something that their beautifully illustrated ‘Pretty City Living’ brand catered extremely well for.
We carried out significant development updates to the MeadowSides website, ensuring that the changes we made would improve the journey for organic visitors as well as those coming from the marketing campaign we were planning. Alongside the development updates, to increase organic ranking on the major search engines we carried out SEO.
For the MeadowSide marketing campaign, we needed to create striking targeted content for the following areas…
We created a series of animated videos using the beautifully illustrated brand assets of the MeadowSide brand. These films delivered key information about the properties as well as increased the awareness of the MeadowSide brand. They were shown across Instagram and Facebook, as well as in key locations such as Victoria Station and the Northern Quarter digital screens. These assets were then provided as part of a wider PPC campaign which helped to drastically increase traffic and conversions through the website.
